Almost no one supports DOS anymore, but they did go through the trouble of creating the emulation software. I was the one who first posted about how to get the DOS software from the Liveware 3 package. Most Live packages (all that I have ever seen) come with the DOS software so that is the most likely reason the Liveware 3 doesn't install it. It's no surprise their techs don't know about how to do that as first line support people often know little more than what is on the screen in front of them. The point is it works, and works well. I think you are expecting too much from their tech support.
: Creative even says that they no longer offer support for DOS. The only way I was able to get DOS to work was someone gave me a way that I could find a very hidden option that made the sound card possible. Yet, Creative themselves wouldn't even offer support for the card themselves.
