Anybody get "Party On" front end working properly?

I'm trying but can't seem to get it right. Here's a sample line from one of my list pages:

PacMan|c:\games\mame\snap\PacManm.PNG|c:\games\mame\help\PacManm.HLP|c:\games\mame\mame32ppro PacManm

it opens up mame32 and tries to start the game but I get a ROM error every time. What's really weird is that if I type c:\games\mame\mame32ppro PacManm in the Start->Run box in Windows the game starts up just fine. Does anyone have any ideas for me to try.
