In Reply to: What size hole to drill for joystick? posted by gamepimp on 18, 2001 at 1:32 PM:

: I just received the parts I need to build my controls yesterday. I know the pushbuttons require a 1 1/8" hole to mount, but what about the joystick? The stick I went with is the competition stick from Happ. It's similar in shape to most of their other sticks. I see most people doing a 1 1/8" hole for their joysticks, but I don't know if that is because they only wanted to buy one hole saw or if this is truly the best fit. I have a set that has some larger sizes and was wondering if maybe a larger size would be better for joystick movement. Anyone who has experience with this, help!!! I only get one shot with cutting this panel up and I hope I get it right the first time :-)

: Thanx,
