Tried it in ML32+ and found that the Sega and US versions seem fine but the world version is upside down. Right clicked and went to properties then went to the Advanced Tab and set flip horizontally and flip vertically both to on. Info screen was upside down but game was ok on several tries. Then mine flipped the last time I went in.
Setting screen flip in dipswitches either way didn't solve the problem either.
I'd say it's a feature. ;)
