I need help with something......

Hi,

I have a question. I was looking in the new catalog from Happ Controls, and I noticed that the measurements for stuff are weird. How am I suppost to measure 5.90" with a ruler?

Call me stupid but I only understand measurements when there writen out like 1 3/4" and so on. Is there a way to convert 5.90" to something I'll understand?
