Arcade monitor 2 vga port question

Hi,

I have a arcade monitor in my cab which I want to connect to my vga port. I know how to create such a connection, but I'm not sure which wires are which outputs on my arcade monitor. Can I screw up the monitor if I use the trial and error methode to search the right wires? (red, green, blue, h-sync, v-sync, ground) Or do I have to know for sure which wires are which pinout on the arcade monitor before I connect it to my vga port. The monitor is a Hantarex whit the same brand of "motherboard" (don't know the right name for the board)

I would appreciate if someone can give me some answers about my problem.
