Just use a VGA Male to Male (that sounds sick) DB15 cable. That way when you cut it in half you have 2 to work with in case you screw one up. Plus they are cheaper then what you listed. I recommend getting the 10 feet one, so you'll have 2 5 feet cables when you cut it in half.
