There will always be sites to get roms from, but as for me, I've stopped getting the new roms for a while since there really isn't any game that could come out that I'd be interested in. I'm pretty much happy with what I've got. I think that if worse came to worse and there was absolutely NO place left on the net to find roms, that someone would burn a cd for the person that needs help (as long as they didn't charge for it).
As for the hobbie, even if it was impossible to get anymore roms you can still build a cabinet and controller and buy (did I just say that!?) the games on the best of williams or whatever cd and play that way.
As long as there are people who remember playing these games as a child, the hobbie will live on.

Ok, I really should get some work done today. :)
