The only guns that currently work in Mame are:
Act-Labs Gun System with Mame32 on a PC monitor (confirmed, but very tricky to get it to work right)
Playstation Guncon guns via an LPT interface using dos Mame with TV or Arcade Monitor (as far as I know noone here has tried it)
