Like I said, this is WAY OVERKILL for Pac Man, but the heavier intense games like Mortal Kombat 3 and others run at 100% without any frame skipping, or scanlines or any adjustments.
AMD Processors in this range are really low in price to what they used to be. I think you can pick up a 1 Ghz Socket A now for around a little over 200 bucks.
