okay i'm back with new questions!

woohoo, okay, at this point in time, here's where my mame project stands.

1. CP is finished. has been for sometime thanks to joey holman, but now it's at least relevant.
2. the computer is on its way to being done and in my hands, a friend is building me one.
3. i am picking up an arcade cabinet with a 25" monitor so that i should be able to run both horizontal and vertical games at decent sizes and not have to worry about rotating the damn thing.

So, once I have these three things in my hot little mitts, what, exactly, do I do to make it a living, breathing machine? step by step i mean.

(okay, the one step i know is to take a keyboard cable from the CP into the keyboard port on the PC, and plug the keyboard into my CP's encoder thru... but other than that i am stumped.)

thanks in advance, i may actually get this damn thing off the ground yet!!!!
