I am trying to use a Happ perfect 360 controller in my custom Dreamcast controller and am having some silly problems. What's happening is Right and Down are registering as different buttons, not the actual right and down directions. I am powering the controller with a generic Radio Shack 6v power supply, that actually appears to be putting out 7.2 volts. Do you think this voltage difference (Perfect 360 requires 5v) could be causing the problem? My wiring is fine - no crossed lines or anything. When I use a microswitched controller it works perfectly.
