my old 233 has an old sb16 in it and win95 booting to dos with the ctcm and ctcu , blaster=blah blah blah etc... but now I'm building a 433 celeron and I have a sound blaster that says vibra 16 on it and I cant get it to work in DOS. I tried the 'dos installation for win 95/98' but it fails on the first setting - like IRQ - cant remember, but anyway, it's very frustrating because I installed win 98 on it with bootgui=0 in msdos.sys but when I get into windows, the sound card works great. Any suggestions ???
