difference between happs 19" vga and 19" super vga

Why is the happs 19" vga costs more than the happs 19" svga? The cost diffrence is only $15.00. But I would think the svga woudl cost more.

Also, does anyone have one of these moniters in their system? And does it plug right inot the vga 15 pin connector in the back of the pc? What kind of power cord is on the back of these?
