I have a footprint for this in Orcad 9 format if that is any use. In fact I have a whole PCB design for a PC - JAMMA convertor as you describe, if it would be of any interest- schematics and PCB. Both in Orcad format.
I decided not to produce such a device for sale because of the dangers and problems of connecting PCs to arcade monitors, which this board would allow. I would not be able to cope with the volume of support required plus the risk of blame for damaged monitors etc, which is all too easy to do when attempting this. I might think about doing it without the monitor connectivity though.

: Does anybody know where I can get an autocad .dxf or similar PCB schematic for the JAMMA edge connector? I'm in the process of installing a PC (mainly for MAME) into arcade cab, and I've seen lots of mathods for hooking up the PC to the JAMMA I/O, but they all seem to solve the task piecemeal - I've some elctronics experience and want to try and pull together some of the designs to create one multipurpose device to do the job (sometihng like a box that plugs into the jamma loom and has a VGA port, Keyboard port, stereo jack for sound etc.) - I'd just rather not have to use more than one board - it'd be much easier to integrate the JAMMA connector into the rest of the device.
