I looked at the post ten above and there is nothing in it. However to answer your question, yes it does allow two simultaneously.
I tested it last night after a friend was having problems with trying to press 6 keys at once in street fighter, apparently there is a problem with two many inputs on one device. I did run two keyboards at the same time and had 4 keys pressed at the same time on both keyboards with no problems.
