128 megs of ram and DOS 7.0

Okay DOS 6.22 just wouldn't work for me so I'm using DOS 7 right now. Everything boots up fine but when I type mem I only see 64megs of memory total (even though there is a 128 meg dimm in there!). If I type 'msd' it says that the program is too big to fit in memory.

Anyone here know why my full 128 megs isn't showing up?
