On a hard disk power cable you have a yellow, two blacks, and a red. The two blacks are ground, and the yellow should be 12V and the red 5V. Check this with a power meter to make sure. Check the voltage on the bulb you are using, then tap into the PC power by cutting off the ends of an extension.
