I visited your site for the first time in a few months Fri nite and I have a pretty decent Turbo Outrun game to show for it. Thanks once again for providing that info and all the other info you provide on this site. Some kitchen and bath renovations have interrupted my MAME endeavors, but I'm about ready to start it up again. I got the Outrun game to work last nite and it works great - the Picture is good now after some initial warm up time and knob turning- the force feedback wheel works perfectly - the Cab is in good shape with some medium sized blemishes here and there - the side art is in good condition as well despite the scratch I put on one side - DOH! The inside of the cab is in bad shape. It has had some water inside of it and either wet, cured particle board smells like a Horse Stall or a miniature Pony was living inside the cab! Their is some prehistoric muck-like dust bunnies covering a lot of the components - I WOULD GREATLY appreciate any tips on cleaning up the insides of this cab - I haven't searched your site for these kind of tips yet - I will. Stupid question - is it OK to use a vacuum w/ attachment to clean the insides? Is that a severe static/damage risk? I'm a complete beginner at arcade game maintainence. I was gonna MAME this cab, but since it works, I guess I'll TRY to restore it. I appreciate any help you guys can give.
