Translucent trackball with OptiPac

Does anyone know how to wire the light for a translucent Happs trackball? I've looked everywhere and I can't find instructions. I am using the OptiPac, and the light has two connections. Is it as simple as wiring one to ground and one to +5V on the Optipac? Thanks for any help,
