I bought one of the original style IPACs without the programmable chip. I recieved the IPAC and wired it up to my controls with my keyboard hooked up through the pass-through. The IPAC worked great. However, my Mame machine was also my computer so I used the keyboard a great deal and every now and then my keyboard would do really strange things like shift all the keys or type letters I didn't touch and the such. It was a little bit annoying so I contacted Andy about it. I told him that I intended on purchasing a cordless keyboard but wanted to know if I was going to have problems with it passed through the IPAC. What Andy did next made me appreciate him tremendously. He asked for my address and sent me the newer programmable chip (that he normally sells for $10) to test out for free. Andy is great. He ALWAYS returns my emails. A true model for a good business man.
