You've got options
1. Buy one from Happs
2. Make one from foamboard. Its stiff cardboard type material that has paper on both sides with a foam center. It is rigid, cuts well and would work great.
3. 1/4" plywood. Paint over the plywood to match the cab or make bezel art to cover it.
: I got sick of looking at the guts and thought i would add to the realism. I have no idea what to use. I guess construction paper would be alright. If they had that pica that was sticky on the other side it would be perfect! Thanks!
