Hi I ve got a samsung 20 inch low rez monitor im using arcade os and cannot get the picture to stay still on the left side. Whenever i adjust the monitor I get a dark black line on the left side. My vga cable is ok ive tried both an ati rage pro and a geoforce but no luck. I even added 220uf capacitors to the RGB lines H&V syncs are twisted together but still the picture shakes??? Anyone know anything the monitor has already been replaced once. If I cant get the thing to work ill have to put a TV in my cab.*yuck. Please Help Me!!!!!!!
