I had to get a new MB for this reason, and finally ended up with a old SB AWE32 ISA (the card just fits in the case, it's one of the l o n g ones) with the DOS drivers. Funny I have to set ArcadeOS and Mame to use Sound Blaster, the AWE 32 setting doesn't work. I have found some games to be too slow, and was wondering if there is a good PCI sound card out there to use. I am also wondering how much performance we are talking about between ISA vs. PCI. Anyone?
