This was actually discussed here before. Try putting 220uf capacitors inline with your red, green, and blue wires to the arcade monitor.

: This is going to ask a few different things, mos imporatant to me is the arcade monitor part.
: 1. When I connected my ATI Xpert98 card up to my monitor, the picture is rather dark and brightness is cranked along w/ contrast. When connected to jamma boards the picture is fine. I have a spare darius monitor (upside down and backwards) and all is fine when connected to my computer (same cable). Does anyone have any advice on this one?
: 2. When I use any other emu with ArcadeOS, I don't get the proper video settings and therefore will not display on my arcmon. I thought AOS was supposed to correct video settings so that the other emus (such as nesticle, ZSNES, and Genecyst) can be displayed. Am I wrong, and what should I do?
: 3. Finally, what is up with mame .37b13? It seems as though 1/4 of my games don't work? Half the time I get the optimization error (even though I have tried both the optimized and unoptimized versions) the other half would be bad romset errors. I have heard others with this problem but does anyone have an answer?
: All help is greatly appreciated.
