Broken Game Board (SUNSET RIDERS)

Yesterday I put my SUNSET RIDERS (KONAMI BOARD) in my jamma arcade cabinet, but I think I put the jamma connector a little moved to the right (not reversed) and when I power up the machine I hear a big big sound in the speakers and the screen is black.

Reconnect the jamma board correctly and it start but in the screen I can see an error like

EPROM 4 ERROR

And dont boot.

Can I fix this problem?? reprograming the eprom?
