Anyone using a Sanyo 20EZ (nintendo) arcade monitor and Mame ?

I'm getting ready to put in a cap kit and I was wondering if anyone has used this monitor and how difficult (or easy) it is to hook up. Also, how well does it work? can you play vertical games on it in the horizontal position ?
