I've got 2 sidewinders with 12 inch leads from each of these button points,
Up, Down, Left, Right, A, B, C, X, Y, Z, BL, BR, START, M, and GROUND.
All you have to do is hook each lead up to your button/joystick and then 1 common ground. Works great and is compatible with anything sidewinders work with. (just about all emulators & PC games) You can also daisy chain them for 2 players. I also have the original cases if you want to desolder the leads and go back to normal sidewinders.

I've been using these in my MAME cabinet but just transformed it into a JAMMA cabinet.
