Make sure your power supply is under load or the readings on your meter won't be accurate. Hooking up a light bulb, etc will do the trick

: Ok, I've got a gorf game that is dead (no video, no sound) and I'm trying to revive it. I think it's the power supply so I check the DC voltages required (+5, 12, -5, etc...) But, the voltages for the +5 are more like +3. Would this be the problem? Does it need to be exactly +5? Thinking I was on to something, I checked all the way back to the isolation transformer and found all but the +12v came out 0v (nada). Could the transformer be bad?? (I get continuity on the +12v line in and out of the transformer)
: Thanks for and asistance.
