How much did the D9200 cost you?

The WG site says $575!!! I could swear ppl here said they paid around $400.

Also, if anyone out there is using Advance MAME on the D9200, can it scan down to 53 Hz? Needed for many scanrates like 55, 57, 53 Hz etc.
