ArcadeOS, console emus and arcade monitors........

Under arcadeos, is it possible to display the other emus (nesticle, ZSNES, KGen, ect..) on an arcade monitor? While running roms under these other emus it appears that you are just in the dos version of that emu. Will it blow up my 15K arcade monitor?
