Multiple s-video machines. How do I switch easily?

I bought a 25" s-video television to go into my cab (which I will be installing shortly unless I can find a way to convert composite to rgb in which case I may get a 25" arcade monitor). I have three separate things I want to hook to the s-video. My pc (via the s-video out on the scan converter), dreamcast, and playstation. I have s-vid cables for all three. Is there a way I can wire these all up at the same time to the s-vid port on my television? I guess I could use a ABC switchbox and just hack the 3 cables but would I lose the benefits of s-video by doing this?

The alternative option is to wire the scan converter to s-video and the playstation and dreamcast to composite. My tv has 2 composite inputs.

What do you guys think?
