My brain is really ticking now. Thanks to RoarCade, I got a free scan converter. Obviously I can hook up any card to this and it makes it tv out. I was reading the post a little bit down about windows on an arcade monitor and it got my brain ticking. This scan converter has Composite and S-video out. I've already bought a 25" s-video tv and was going to take it out of the case and put it in my cab. I need windows and since there hasn't seemed to be a viable solution for that on a standard arcade monitor, a tv obviously is the next best thing.

HOWEVER, is it possible to split the composite or s-video signal coming from the scan converter and convert it into RGB for an arcade monitor? And if so, would this look better then s-video out to a tv? This could be the way that we've all been looking for to achieve windows on an arcade monitor. Thanks.
