Best Arcade Monitor? and monitor mount frame

New Hitachi 25" Color Monitor Model #25FS2 for arcade games. Is this monitor a good choice for mame, final burn and any other emulators. I need to find a monitor for my custom built arcade cabinet. 25 inch is the biggest monitor that would fit. I want the best monitor for emulation, cost isn't really a concern. I'm not sure how I would mount the monitor. Should I construct a frame made out of 2 by 4's. Any help on either subjects will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
