Each interface has its own speed or speed range. For example, serial ports can go from 110 bits per second to 115K bits per second (maybe higher??). The game port reads analog signals, but the 'speed' issue would be the rate at which the joystick interface is polled by the software.

I don't know the specific speeds of most of the items you asked about, but maybe you could elaborate on why you are interested in that info. That may help.
: Out of curiousity....and ignorance, can someone point me to a source comparing the speeds of serial, parallel, keyboard, game, USB ports, etc? I'm browsing BYOAC's 'interfaces' page now...
