Mixed Results with windows/arcade monitor

The thread is below.

Basically, it comes down to this :

1. Windows can be run
2. Its extremely sluggish running mame32 on the S3 chip
3. the refresh rate is _very_ choppy

While it can be done with the proper video chip, its not very usable. Perhaps if I can get a more powerful video card in there it will work properly.

Anyone else find this working besides Andrea?
