OSCAR and Mame Dual Mouse

I was wondering if anyone has tried using the OSCAR spinner and dual mouse support w/ Mame. The idea of having two spinners (or steering wheels) working on the same device sounds very attractive.
Also any general OSCAR reviews are welcomed!
