After some research, I decided to go with a plain old ATI Expert@Play98...I think I paid about $48 online. The S-Video out to my TV (27") looks great for games and Windows is acceptable (I wouldn't want to look at windows all the time, but for this purpose it's fine). I'm really glad that I went this route, I almost went with a more expensive ATI card but everything I read said the cheapie card works fine - and it DOES.
