the most common solution I have seen is for folks to use version 2.35. Personally I am using 2.45 because I have not had to use the remap function, yet. When I had emulators other than MAME, I may encounter the problem though.

Good luck

: I'm trying to remap some keys in MAME with ArcadeOS, but the key remapping functionality doesn't seem to be working. Am I doing something wrong?

: Basically, I have a Hotrod SE joystick which is hard-wired to use the Left ALT key (which isn't agreeable to some other Windows-based emulators). So, I used ZDKeymap to make the Left ALT key the B key. This is working great! However, NOW I need to tell MAME to use the B key instead of the Left ALT key, and was hoping to use ArcadeOS'es remap functionality to do that. I got the scancodes and put them into the arcadeos.cfg file. It's still not working. So what am I missing? Anyone got ArcadeOS to remap in MAME ever?
