Has anyone out there tried some of the new dual analog PC game pads?

I was at the electronics store the other day when I stumbbled onto the Axis pad by Interact www.interact-acc.com. It's basically a playstation dual analog gamepad made for the PC.

I wanted to know if anyone out there has tried it and if it works as a dual joystick for mame to play games like Karate Champ or Crazy Climber more efficiently.
