Great ideas -- I ended up bending a coat hanger wire, running it through a small tube that I attached to the inside of the cab so that the wire would slide back and forth, and now I can turn it on through the coin door (I've attached a Defender bezel to the machine, so no non-painful way to go straight through to the monitor)

Thanks to all for the advice!

: I had the same problem, I wanted a glass panel to hide the monitor. So when i had the glass cut (which covered the monitor, i had the glasscutters drill a 1/2" hole (room for error) where the button would line up. Then I build a push stick with parts from the hardware store in the nut and bolt section (think plastic spacers, springs, washers, and a long skinny bolt. Works like a charm!!
