Mame and AMD Processor

I'm looking at purchasing a new PC for my Mame project. I've found a great deal on a new AMD PC. Will Mame (both Dos and Windows versions) work on an AMD processor?

Yes, I just built PC with AMD DURON 750 and everything runs great, dos and win versions..(nt) JLR2000 3/22/2001 (0)
