I'm running my cab using a Pentium 200 MHz MMX with 64MB of RAM, and I have few compaints at all. Like Salty said, MK is a nightmare no matter what machine you're using. Smash TV and 720 are slow on my machine, but it plays all of the "classics" flawlessly. So basically, anything above my paltry machine should do you just fine.
