I've thought of 3 options:
1. Drill a small hole in the bezel so you can stick a pen or something through to turn it on.
2. Crack open the monitor and extend the switch wires to somewhere convenient.
3. Tape like a dowel rod or a ruler or something to the switch and rig up a string or something that you pull to turn it on (a little crazy).
