Problem with this is you have to buy a cable (like maybe an svga cable for like 9.99?)...which won't have enough pins :-). Also you would have to put 220uf caps inline with the RGB to make it bright enough.
Much easier to buy a $20 vga box, cut one wire, and splice an VGA cable.
