Newbie wondering where to start

Hi guys and gals, I am new to this and am VERY interested in starting my own collection of a few arcade games and am glad to find a helpful BB. First off, I have read some pages on what is JAMMA and JAMMA+ because the only games I really want are MortalK, KI1 and 2. These are all JAMMA+ games so what would you guys reccomend for a cabinet? and where would be the best place to find one? or the best brand to get a 2-player 6-button cab from? and what kinda price am I lookin at? I am located in the SanFrancisco Bay Area, CA maybe someone knows of a good source near me? Secondly, I have heard of how you can just change the PCB's in a cabinet and play different games in 1 cab, is there a switch made to switch between multiple games to make this easier? I would basically like my fave 4 or 5 games in 1 cab. Lastly, how hard would this be for me to do? anything to watch out for? I thank you in advance, sorry for such a long post for an easy question >;)
