As for the dreamcast, excellent information can be found in this messageboard itself if you read through it. Almost every question imaginable from controls to video has been answered, or has been replied to with links to the answers.
People here are very helpful, if you ask a question that's not answered already they will go out of their way to try and help you find the answer. If someone suggests you go back and read through the site, its best that you do before getting so defensive - they probably know what they are talking about.
