Arcade Monitor vs PC Monitor ( WG U3100)

I know that there is a wealth of info about this debate here but I am still slightly unsure of what to do in the way of video for the cab I am building.

I was planning to buy a Wells Gardner 19" U3100 Monitor for my cab but I keep reading from posts here that using an original arcade monitor is the way to go. Then I see a lot of mention of the U3100. The arcade monitor solution sounds good and I could probably buy a 25" K7400 or something like that for the same price as the 19" U3100. I am concerned though about how certain games would look on the K7000 on the arcade monitor. I love vector games and they look pretty good on a PC Monitor. Thats why I figured the U3100 would be the way to go since it is closer to one.

Also if you mount a K7400 horizontally how would vertical games look on it?

Please Help I'm confused.

Also if the arcade monitor ends up getting the most votes what video card would you guys recommend as being the best and most compatible.
