Happs Controls 360 Joysticks.

Does anyone have any of these 360 joysticks? How do they switch from 4way to 8way operation? Is it as difficult as the other joysticks?

Just trying to find an easy way to have both 4way and 8way on my control panel without a bazillion different sticks.
