Hi Pixel,

Can you take a few snaps of Turbo running on the 9200. I want to make a comparison picture set. I have a pic here:

http://www.cbtek.com/steve/turbo.jpg

That shows comparison between My Turbo arcade monitor and a Vga PC monitor. I would also like pics of the same distances (1 closeup of the car, and one of the fullscreen), on each device:

1) TV
2) Svideo TV
3) U3100
4) U3000
5) 'Destination' like display monitors
6) HDTV
7) Other ???

This would make a great way to see the differences side by side... and could be added to this site :)

Ohh - and an idea for the clever programmer... If you look at the closeup pic of the car on the link above... you can see that there are black lines (both Vertical & Horizontal) that run through the display. The horizontal being thicker. Also, note that the color of the road is a bluish-purplish color. The color differences are due to the pixel color limits and spacing I believe.

If someone could create either a pixel color simulator based upon the mathmatical spacing (and brightness levels) of actual pixels OR make a see-thru mask that covered the graphics (but unlike the regular scanlines, this has values of color added) Or even a color value changer as it draws the pixels - making colors more acurate to how they would look on a real display) Would be incredible... and may make display possibilities a lot easier and true to life.

(as someday, old style monitors will no longer be produced)

Sincerely,
Xiaou2
